I got this for my almost 12 year old. He’s tall and slim. He broke his foot & has a leg cast. Garbage bags and tape were miserable and risky. I was nervous about using this and also worried about the stretch over the cast ruining it but nope! Two weeks into using this daily & it’s made my life and my sons so much easier. I will say I also invested in a shower chair and that’s also contributed to showers being a lot more enjoyable and less of a hassle.

I know how stressful times can be, so I’m writing this review in hopes to help another mama out. My kiddo broke his leg and is in a full leg cast from foot to almost groin area. The size L was a perfect fit. My kiddo is roughly 4’3 . As we put it on and tested it out, the plastic itself is wonderful quality- the only thing I’m skeptical on is the actual elastic at the top. Over time it will wear out because of how thick our cast is, and putting on and off a lot it’s bound to happen; but nonetheless- this did a perfect job at keeping water out and our cast dry. That’s all a mama can hope for. We use a shower chair, a removable shower head and the cast cover and it works as stated. I’ll update this review if anything changes, but I’m happy with my purchase.

Works well. Much longer than expected for our 5 year old so some of it drags on the ground which is my only con. Important to follow the directions for drying. Rubber fit works well and fits the width of his leg well despite how little he is which I was pleased with as I was worried about leaks but we haven't had any.

This is an item that I’m so thankful we now have. After my kid broke their leg, I ordered this before we left the hospital. And boy am I glad that I did! It’s now an item that we will hang onto for as long as we can! It kept the cast perfectly dry!

I’m a 5’1 female so I bought this to protect a bandage on my leg. THIS did not work one bit. The moment I got in the shower my whole leg was wet! It was not tight on my leg. Worst invention ever!!!

This thing is worth its weight in gold. My son is in a whole leg cast and it's a tuff situation, with this contraption at least he can relax and play in the shower. bought him a shower chair off here and his leg does not get wet at all. it's been over 2 weeks uses it every day and with his body completely in the shower for 30 min plus cast hasn't been wet once. Buy it.
