Love this kimchi holder. I've had mine for over a year and the cabbage that's still in it is perfectly fine still. The seal is true and no smells escape it. As I use some kimchi I just press the inner gasket down to reduce the air inside it. No fuss at all.

Excellent container for your ferments. Clever insert lid with a hole to let out excess of air and liquids during fermentation with a rubber gasket around it too keep the content in place. Handy size to keep it in the fridge and quality of kimchi speaks for it. Definitely recommend

Llego de volada, el diseño es hermoso y es muy fácil de usar. Hice el mejor chucrut que he probado. El mejor fermentador que he comprado. Se los recomiendo mucho!!
