Why did I only receive Minnie and not Mickey?

I pre ordered this in January. Got it on Tuesday, and only Minnie was in it. I got a refund and just reordered it. But I’m honestly nervous they won’t send it all again.

I paid for the set. I only got the Mickey. I want the Minnie, I paid for both I want both. Preordered this months ago and just got it now. This is absolutely ridiculous!

My "Funko POP 2 Pack Mickey & Minnie Mouse Artest Series (2 pack) Amazon Exclusive" is defective in that it only contains a SINGLE MICKEY MOUSE!! He is in a hard plastic display case, partially shrink wrapped with a white label/sticker containing a barcode and the words "Funko POP 2 Pack Mickey & Minnie Mouse" across the seam of the wrapping on the bottom of the case. My Mickey Mouse Singleton does not look like he's adorably about to propose.... My Mickey looks like Sid from Toy Story sheltered him from the sun under a gigantic magnifying glass for hours before sending him down the conveyer belt of love to Lotso & his incinerator. None of the cutesy romantic symbols read as displayed in the ad for this item. They look like melty twisty wounds. I assume I got ZERO MINNIE MOUSE in my "2 pack", because she was incinerated before Mickey could rescue her, let alone declare his love & propose. Or maybe the LSD look was a little too much for Minnie and she bailed when the mail distributer wasn't looking. I can't judge Minnie if she wanted to be 1st for once and no longer enable this behavior.I called to inquire about remedying this error. I was informed I would need to return what I had received and reorder the same product. This item has more than doubled in price since I purchased & paid for it in full & it is now on backorder. What is the purpose of pre-ordering? I was really excited for this set, I got them for my son & his fiancé. Mickey is her absolute favorite & she is an artist herself. We have an entire wall of Funko POPs in our house but this set really meant a lot to us. It seems we lose either way here.

Got Minnie. But no Mickey?

Just received this, which most importantly is an exclusive and is sold out everywhere else.I only received one pop, the mickey. It's supposed to be a two-pack, and advertised/priced as a two-pack. To top It off the mickey's hard case is smashed. They're sold out so I can't exchange it either. Pretty annoying.

I was kinda worried that I would only be getting one pop based on the reviews, but I took a chance anyway and thankfully, both arrived safely packaged in their hard case!Mickey and Minnie are super cute! Great purchase ☺️
