This was a gift and was perfect. Though, I am being Hounded by some company saying I owe more money. Is that true???

Arrived with one door broken (which rendered the annoying amount of cheap styrofoam that’s everywhere useless). I decided to just glue and go, but going forward the directions were bad (incorrectly labeled components) and two screws were missing. Best to be one of those physically intelligent people who don’t need directions putting it together, or this will send someone for a loop. Overall cheaply made product. In the end, it looks fine and with the glued door it should be functional but it was such a mess. For that price, that’s ridiculous. Not that Amazon cares or you’d ever get any customer service about it. That’s why I just glued the door, easier that than trying to return it…

So I was a little skeptical about buying this pantry because of some of the negative reviews. But I liked the look of the wood top and shelf so decided to take a chance. So glad I did especially since it was the perfect size to fit in a corner of a small kitchen. It came well packaged so no damage in shipping. A few of the pieces were not labeled but it was easy to figure out what they were from the pics. I have assembled a lot of different furniture pieces and the instructions were better than most - clear and easy to follow. And once completely assembled it is a sturdy piece of furniture that is a good looking addition to the kitchen.

Gets the job done. Easy to put together. Looks like the picture. Shipped quickly.I did have trouble with the knobs. I was able to assemble one with no issues but the other one kept turning, maybe it was stripped. I ended up going to the local hardware store to pick some up.The materials provided were not categorized correctly in the instruction manual. That should really be fixed. For example, let’s say a set of screws were labeled on the package AA but it was really BB.Photos of minor damaged to door. Also, I am not sure if it’s my craftsmanship but the bottom down is not flush with the counter. This can be seen in the second photo.

The cabinet worked very well for what I needed. I wanted a narrow display cabinet for my pioneer woman dishes. Also liked the bottom closed door for more bowls and bakeware storage. I replaced the door knobs that came with it as they were cheap plastic and didn't screw on tightly anyway.

The knobs fell off and refused to reattach after a few days, and I've had to reinforce the corner of one of the doors with duct tape. It gets the job done, but it doesn't get it done well.

The cabinets are ok by design. Parts of one of them were mislabeled, there were scuffs and scratches on nearly every piece. One of the doors wasn’t glued together at the joint and I had to glue it back together. There was paint on the glass/plastic parts of the upper doors, and corners of 2 of the doors were dented. The screws to attach the knobs are not long enough, both knobs fell off.Aside from the scratches, all of these things are fixable and I am able to use the cabinets, but not acceptable for the price paid IMO.I contacted the company and they refused to refund any portion but instead are sending another cabinet. Not sure why I’d want another one, and why only 1 when I purchased 2, but anyway... that’s the response.

Okay, so, it’s functional, but I had to get new knobs, drill and screw down the top myself, the bottom door is always slightly ajar, and I am afraid I might damage it if I sneeze too close to it.
