This product description seemed to tick all the boxes, so I gave it a try despite the lack of reviews. I returned it the next day.I connected it to a Windows 10 Desktop PC and Apple EarPod headphones (the wired ones that still have the audio jack with the 4 rings). My PC crashed trying to load support for it. After a reboot the headset worked, but the buttons on the headset didn’t. Also, the stereo channels seem to be (vague left) and (vaguer left). Adjusting the balance in Windows just confused things more. So it doesn’t appear to support stereo, or the in-line remote buttons, and the microphone sounds awful.I really wanted to like this adapter. It’s weird that there are so many for sale on Amazon that have weird limitations (android-only, not apple. Only supports the headphones and not the mic, etc)

My work laptop's headset jack has come loose. The mic doesn't work reliably. With this, I don't need to wait for a repair. The mic output to the PC is fairly soft, even at max, and the headphone output can get very loud. I wish I could have more control over mic level, but everyone seems to be able to hear me without me buying a new headset, so I'm pleased. Good deal!

This is an excellent adapter! I really like the build quality. The design is very good. The choice of materials is excellent! The sound is perfect!I have 3.5mm wired headset, but my audio computer outlet is too far away. This USB to 3.5mm adapter solves this problem. Now i can easily use all of my 3.5mm headsets on a desktop computer. This is a must-have item for anyone using a computer.Thank you for making this adapter available!

I use these on a Ubuntu Linux machine. I'm a developer who's making a video game that can host multiple players on multiple machines on a single computer. These audio devices allow each player to not only have his own screen but also his own audio, making each computer act much like a small LAN network.

Stopped working after a few weeks. Seller said they’d send a new one, but it’s been a while, so I had to order a replacement (different brand, of course). Will update if replacement arrives.
