Premium and good value multi-vitamin
This is a high quality and premium product. Exceptional value that yields multiple benefits and true results, unlike many products out there. There is so much choice in this market place but the Tom Oliver range is in a different class.

Comprehensive
This is a multi vitamin where the idea is that you take 3 capsules a day. This would allow room for consideration of amount - do you need all 3, or would that raise the daily intake too high? For example, 3 would take the daily intake of vitamin A to 94% of recommended levels, but if you were eating carrot soup, that may be more than needed. However, the dose of vitamin B12 in 3 is far higher, and I wouldn't want to take that level on a daily basis. In fact even if vegan, I wouldn't want to take even one capsule on a daily basis due to the extremely high vitamin B12 levels. Equally the levels of vitamin B6 are far above recommended, as is the vitamin B2 - so all in all I wouldn't want to take this on a regular basis without talking to my GP first.

Too Weak and Way Overpriced
My wife and I are avid believers in supplements and I have tested a great many brands for the Vine programme. I have never come across this particular brand before. The bottle itself looks good. The actual ingredients contain some incredibly vital nutrients such as copper, iodine, B's, zinc, C, iron, magnesium and chromium to name but a few. This is not quite a full multivitamin, but it comes close. The major problem I have with this product is the low doses of vital vitamins and minerals. It has some low RDA values, especially with B's and Iron. To give 1mg of Iron to a woman is almost useless. It should be 14mg per day. To help the liver recover 250mg of Choline is recommended, this product gives 50mg. I could go on and on, but I am sure you get the idea. This is not a strong multivitamin, but it is of reasonable strength. Overall the ingredients are good if not weak. It has a crazy price and I would in no way recommend this product given its price/strength ratio.

Three capsules a day needed so tedious to take
These are good on the face of it. You get what I thought was a three month pit of vitamins and they are meant for women as included things women more likely to be low on.But then I checked the levels and found they were listed pee three capsules and not each. And then I measured the capsules. At over two cm long they are pretty big. On swallowing them they tasted a bit bitter and were light so didn't always go down quick. I found it tedious doing this three times. I'm a big fan of the one a day concept and have been used to sanatogen etc where they don't muck about and it's easier to just take one thing a day. It's less deceptive too, as I don't think you should be able to talk about number of tablets or capsules where you need more then one a day. It's academic how many there are if you need more then one, and I think it should be clear what the daily amount is on front of pack not in small print. Or just say 30 days supply even better.

Contains smaller dosages of certain elements than expected foe the price
Trying to get my other half to take a bunch of supplements is challenging sometimesSo finding a multivitamin that contains most of the vitamins etc that she needs is a good findThe things that bring the rating down is the low dosage of some of the elements as well as the high priceIf they had higher doses than that could have justified the price

One month's supply - so a bit pricey
This bottle contains 90 capsules which are easy to swallow and with no real taste to speak of. The suggested dose is three per day though, which makes these quite expensive for just one month. The ingredients are very comprehensive, and generally above the recommended daily dose. This would be a bit of a concern if all in one tablet, but taken throughout the day (morning, noon and night) a lot less so. D3 for example can be handled in smaller doses even if the overall amount per day is above the required amount. Similarly vitamin C is wasted if taken in large quantities, but spread out (like a slow-release capsule) is much more beneficial.Body builders may be getting quite a bit of B12 (around 18ug/100g of liver for example) so if you're a vegetarian, 130ug per tablet isn't really much worse than having fortified cereal then a beef and liver fry-up.My wife's been taking these for two weeks and says she feels like she's got a bit more energy than normal, and is sleeping better too. It's not exactly a scientific study, and at this price I'm not sure she'll be buying more to carry the study on. If you don't mind taking three tablets a day and have a poor diet for some reason, or extra dietary needs, you can't go wrong with these though.
