Like bulldog clips, magnetic hooks and WD40, Blu-Tac is just one of those versatile products you want to have lying around for that moment when it's ideal.It's not something I use to stick posters to walls but has 101 other uses. Most recently I used a tiny dab on the end of shelving pins to pack them in place in their holes.Blu-Tac is great stuff.
