Columbia Men's White Out II Omni Heat Insulated Puffer Jacket

I bought this jacket for a trip. I needed something warm but not too bulky. This jacket works great. It does run slightly larger that anticipated. Also, it does not compress and pack as easily as I had hoped. I would recommend this Colombia jacket to anyone who may have similar needs however I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER NAMED "Landyinc"!I received the package, brought the box inside and opened it up. It was folded nicely in a plastic shell, and it appeared to be new(?). Then, I opened the plastic. If I knew how terrible the jacket would smell, I would not have opened it inside my house. It reeked terribly of a perfume reserved only for women 50+. I cannot describe how pungent this thing really was. It was as if someone poured the contents of this perfume into a Tupperware container, placed the jacket inside, sealed the container, and then let it marinate over night before deciding to ship it out.My disgust was real, I cannot overstate this. I didn't want to risk getting whatever stink was clinging to this jacket onto any of my clothes so I resolved to wash it before checking the fit. I almost took it to a laundromat for fear of it ruining my washing machine, however the risk of this smell penetrating the interior my vehicle was greater. Before doing so, I checked the pockets and found a receipt dated 4/12/22. It was apparent that someone had been wearing this jacket before listing it for sale as new on Amazon.I took the jacket out of the washing machine and gave it a quick sniff, and it still smelled absolutely horrible. I do not exaggerate when I say that I ended up washing this jacket 4 times before trying it on to check the fit. Unfortunately the window of my trip was too narrow for me to return the jacket and find a different seller, so I used it until now, the day after returning from my trip. Ill most likely keep it, as I did end up being able to get rid of the odor, it just took a pile of laundry detergent and an entire afternoon. Maybe ill consider starting a GoFundMe so we can fix the sniffer on the folks who sold this thing.

I went by the ratings of what they said for warmth for this coat as Minnesota winters I expected a lot more permit due to have had purchased one of their products before that were down feathers and that coat is extremely warm this one I was disappointed was nearly as warm as they said it was in the expectations

Some years ago I bought a Columbia "Bugaboo" jacket. It was the second one for me. The inner jacket was an Omni heat style that looked like this jacket. I wore the Omni jacket most of the time, as the outer shell was not needed unless it was raining or quite cold outside. That Omni jacket now needs replacement.I ordered this Omni jacket as a replacement. I like it, but there are a few things about it I do not like, and because of them, I rated it only a 3. This jacket is three inches longer than my old one, and since I am only 5 foot 6, the new one hangs down over my butt. The collar is much taller, and cannot be folded down, and often rubs my neck.The thing I dislike the most are the inside pockets. On all previous jackets of this style I owned, there was a zippered inside pocket. This jacket has two deep slash pockets inside, just like the ones on a jean jacket. Had I known this I would not have purchased this jacket.

Love the look feel and warmth of this jacketHowever size wise it runs huge - my son had his friends exact same brand/size of the jacket - different color - so we ordered it thinking it was good- however the Lg in this Jacket is Huge and just hangs super loose

Really like the lightweight aspect of this jacket, while still providing warmth.

Fits a little bigger than expected but it's nice when you want to wear a hoodie underneath. Warm jacket.

La chamarra me quedo un poquito grande, pero eso es mi culpa. Es muy bonita estéticamente y la verdad si ayuda a controlar los fríos muy bien.Tardó bastante en llegar, pero a pesar de eso la recomiendo.

Muy buena chaqueta nos encanto el corte y como queda al cuerpo. Se ve moderna y no pesa nada. Es abrigadora.
