Does this cartridge work with the HPColorLaserJetPro MFP 177 printer (all-in-one with fax)?

I am the owner of an HPColorLaserJetPro MFP 177fw (all-in-one) printer and I bought this cartridge. Not only does it work with this printer but it was one of the easiest black cartridge changes that I have ever made (and I've been changing printer cartridges on my personal printers for 20+ years. After lifting the lid on the printer, I just reached in and lifted out the cartridge that came with the printer. I then removed the orange guards from the new cartridge and pulled out the orange tab with the long clear strip and then positioned the new cartidge the same way as the cartridge I had just removed and closed the lid. The printer took over from there, running through some internal diagnostics and when it was done, the printer was ready to be used. No fuss, no muss. I highly recommend this cartridge for the HPColorLaserJetPro MFP 177 printer.

is 130A comparable to 131A?

No, they are for two different printers. The 130A fits the HP LaserJet M177FW Printer. The 131A is for the HP LaserJet Pro 200 Color M276NW MFP Printer.
