Nice looking - not very user friendly
Firstly don't buy this if you live in the UK - you need to buy filters from US which are pricey.Its really really hard to drink from with the filter in it - like stupidly hard.It's also really fiddly to clean the drinking part as there are alot of grooves around the screw in part.You cannot take the mouth part out to give a good clean.It looks lovely and hold alot but that's it. :(

Doesn’t keep the water chilled
This is not a vacuum flask like the other brita flasks the water goes warm very quickly it’s not good

I receive a bottle without a Filter
I was expecting this bottle for a while as is not available in the UK, unfortunately on reception the filter... the most important part was not in... reported to amazon and they just wanted me to return it and order again ... sadly I really wanted the product so I had to get the filters myself and spend 17GBP on extra. Until now no follow-up on the issue more than return it and order again which will take another 2 weeks... a great product but to expensive at this point.

Do not buy it. It is a discontinued product!!!
The product is discontinued, therefore you cannot find replacement filters.On the description it does not state that you are buying a discontinued product!!!
