I’ll try to keep this short and sweet. First off, I want to give a big shoutout to Shift for their amazing customer service. I called them with a question, and Vivian was super responsive, professional, and really friendly. It was clear that Shift puts their customers first. Now, let’s talk about the Ketone Drink mix. The flavor is fantastic, it doesn’t give me any jitters, and it has all the nutrients I need for my ketogenic lifestyle. I love that it’s sugar-free, carb-free, and mixes well without any powdery residue. I highly recommend Shift Ketone Drink Mix packets, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Shift makes a product that really does kick start your keto numbers. I wanted to get into ketosis fast and I drank this for 3 days during my fast. I was in ketosis after the 3rd day versus taking close to week or more. However, it was really hard for me to drink at first. It has a really strong artificial flavor and the stevia sweetner just is overly sweet. However, after the second day, I diluted it with more water (16oz vs 10oz recommendation), it was easier to drink and I kept it like that. The powder mixes well in water and dissolves almost instantly. I love that there's a variety of flavors because I couldn't tolerate the black cherry flavor, but the lemonade flavor was much better to my liking. Overall, it does what it says, but only 4 stars because of the artificial flavoring.

Tasty product that I am looking forward to trying out. However, I did have a concern about the consistency of the powder in the package, and the company quickly responded and rectified the problem by providing a full refund. I am very impressed by this company’s integrity!

First off, THERE IS NOT A MAGIC PILL/POWDER. You have to put in the work to see results. Flavor is alright. A few days in and I’m wishing they had more flavors in a pack. It’s very compatible to Ketond at half the price. I’ve been using it the same way with very, very similar results and a lot less of a hit for my wallet. Updated review: I'm now almost a full month in and I am really happy with results. I've paired this drink mix with a fairly strict keto/ 21 day fix diet, as well as beachbody's MBF workout and have seen amazing results. I wake up and immediately drink this, and either work out or head to work and work out after. I definitely get a kick of energy and I am very impressed with the appetite suppression. I'm going to try out the pills bc sometimes I do have difficulty getting the drink in, and the drink "cleans me out" which isn't always easy when your at work. I definitely suggest this drink if you are doing Keto. 20#s down in 2 months and I feel great!

these are delicious but I found myself itching with hives after drinking it. I am allergic to yellow dye, but always check ingredients. I rechecked and found tartaric acid, which is what yellow dye is made from.

I made this „test“ because of other reviews I read here, of people complaining that the SHIFT packages are „half empty“, well- if you can read it clearly shows that they are meant to have „only“ 7.6grams where the expensive brand contains almost 20g per package. I‘ve lost 25lbs in the past with keto & ketones have helped me a lot to stay on track, especially for my „afternoon sweet fix“ I just had my 2nd baby & will do keto again to loose weight. On my 1st day of keto, i had the expensive ketones in the AM and the SHIFT ones in the PM. I tested 30mins after drinking them and had the SHIFT ones with less water. As you can see, both of them put me into ketosis. But the expensive ones but me in a way deeper state of ketosis, keep in mind though, that the quantity is almost 3x as much. However, if you are counting TOTAL CARBS, the SHiFT ones are definitely a better option!! For me, the expensive ketones are definetly worth their money! I prefer the taste, the way they make me feel and the fact that they are higher concentrated. They surpress my hunger better. I also like that they are available caffeine free, as i drink coffee to surprese my appetite. I haven’t seen caffeine free ones from Shift yet, maybe they are. After i loose a good amount of weight, and i’m in a constant deep state of ketosis, i can see myself having the expensive ones 1x a day and the SHIFT ones 1x a day for maintainance/enjoyment

Very good for an energy boost since my body's energy comes from ketones.. BUT BEWARE.. many confuse having a high ketone reading to being 'in ketosis'. That is NOT FACT, you are getting a high reading because you just put a ton of ketones in your body. You are using the 'added ketones' not your natural ones produced by burning fat. Once you use up or pass the exogenous added ketones you body will go back to your initial reading. Getting a high reading after taking ketones DOES NOT mean you are in fat burning mode and you will quickly lose that reading. Use these for energy boosts for workouts etc. Don't fool yourself into thinking you are burning fat.

They all taste delicious. Easy to open and pour the powder into your bottle of water, shake and drink. Better than Gatorade and will keep you in ketosis. I highly recommend this.

These taste great as ketone supplements go. The watermelon tastes like a jolly rancher, my least favourite is the cherry but it’s still not bad. It’s can feel the effects of the ketones and definitely get an energy boost from them!

Typically love this product, bought several times great flavour and devolved nicely. However last order half the packs were rock hard and clumped together inside almost like they had gotten wet??? Packaging seemed ok though. Disappointing for the the price but hopefully this doesn't become a regular thing
