I've been through the Osteoporosis drugs, which did all of nothing for the condition. Took a DEXA Scan before AND after the drugs - there was absolutely zero improvement. All I succeeded in doing was wasting 2 years when I could have been helping myself. I already use Doctor's Best Vitamin C and I love it, so I thought I'd give this a try. I'm only on my first bottle, so I can't say whether or not there are any improvements. I can tell you that I have had no bad side effects at all (you take it with food). I will continue to use this product over any Osteoporosis drugs because I know THIS won't hurt me, the drugs CAN and WILL should you take them long enough. I also bought Doctor's Best "Bone Maker" with Bonolive. Bonolive is an Olive-leaf extract and has been clinically proven to promote bone formation by enhancing the number and activity of the bone building cells called Osteoblasts. The dosage recommended is 250mg (which Bone Maker contains). I'm using both of these products together to help with the Osteoporosis. I would much rather use these Dietary Supplements than take the drugs which didn't help the problem at all. I've been very happy with Doctor's Best products and I highly recommend them. As far as Osteoporosis is concerned, wouldn't you rather be taking something more natural to help over Big Pharma's poison? Now are the ingredients actually what they say or are they cheap knock-offs...who knows? But ya never really know, no matter anyway

I don't like food starch. I think it should be 2000 D3 and less k2. My teeth seem to hurt a little. It also has DL vitamin E is not the good form.
