These batteries were fine, but a few days after they arrived our answering machine, (12 years old), broke. I returned these batteries because I no longer needed them.

Ordered 2 packs of 3 replacement batteries (6 total; BT18433/BT28433; 2.4V, 500 mAh, NI-MH) for my AT&T CL82309 cordless landline phones for $11.99. Have had these phones for past 8-9 years and the batteries just started failing! Batteries were easy to install and have worked fine. Can't rate battery life yet; will see if they last as long as the original batteries.

I replaced all of the batteries in my VTech cordless phones and they fit and work great! It is way better than buying a new phone set! Great value. Can't say much of their durability but seems to work fine for now. The order came fast and accurate. Please make sure you order the correct battery type based on your phone model number.

These are NOT the right size for BT18433 / BT28433 batteries. They are shorter and fatter and will not fit into the telephone.

My AT&T brand cordless phones were not holding a charge. After I don't know how many years (more than five?), that can be expected. These batteries fit perfectly and have returned my phones battery life to "good as new".
