Hi all. This has been partly answered. I'm aware you can use the converters more than once. My question: about how many refills are they good for?

The converter is a plastic tube with a rubber piston, as long as it is lubricated it should last forever. If you notice resistance during use then remove the converter clean it take it apart and fully clean it then grease it with silicone lube / grease. It must be silicone lubricant / grease, I use this from Dow Corning https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CTUJNU2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Then reassemble and continue using, should last forever doing this.

It is Lamy Z24, as Per Picture, seems to be a error in the description, sorry for the in-convenience caused.

Are you supplying a z24 or z28 converter? description says z28, but picture is z24. z28 is the improved z24 replacement.

I got z28s in my order a year and a half ago
