The adhesive keeps them on the ear very well. No issues with them falling off during the day.

Can't believe it, but... they really work! and surprisingly last for about 4-5 days, even through showers.

I have one pierced earring hole that is stretched larger than my other ear. I was always hesitant to wear earrings since I didn't want my ear to tear. These little tabs were a game changer for me. I can easily put one on the back of my earlobe and then put my earring on. The little table support and hold the earring in place without pulling on my ear. I love being able to wear pretty earrings again!

They work well, I just think they can be a little bit more transparent to make them unnoticeable
