Take 2 Strontium capsules in the morning on an empty stomach. One hour later take 2 tablets of Calcium Carbonate with vitamin D and Magnesium. This works to strengthen your bones.

Though I cannot scientifically prove it, I believe I may be physically stronger for using this product. I have been using it for three or four years.
