Are you one of those that saw a video on TikTok or something and thought to yourself with a wide joker smile "this will solve all my problems". Yeah, me too. Now the million dollar question. Did it... actually? Welp, I took this with a meal along with magnesium (and I think vitamin D). Few minutes after the meal, I fell asleep on my chair. Now the weird thing is that I have insomnia, as far as I can remember I've always had trouble sleeping. Not that I think that boron put me to sleep, but perhaps it allowed magnesium to actually do its job. It supposedly aids in the absorption of magnesium and vitamin D, deficiencies of which can contribute to sleep issues. I've had stomach issues for years so it's entirely possible that boron helped me to consume magnesium/D. I'll keep taking it since it's cheap and you won't have problems swallowing this, it's almost the size of puffy rice. save this review for updates. Ps: yes, that is my cat in the picture, hiding in the shadows in the back while doing a menacing smile like he's plotting to take over the world.

It works and helps ease the pain

It worked well for me. I use it in combination with the calcium and magnesium tablets I am already taking in order to increase the chance of absorption. Notes on this Mineral: This is a good low dose boron supplement. It provides a small quantity of the mineral that can no longer be found in many store-bought foods due to the way they were grown. It can decrease pain related to arthritis, menstrual cycle, and skin rash. It is found to affect the way the body handles other minerals like calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus and is often taken to assist in preventing bone loss but is yet to be "proven" effective. Do your research, but I am pleased with this product and will continue to buy.

This product is great for bone health. Highly recommended by my physician and pharmacist. I've been taking it for the past 7 years. Pure is a great line so I've never had any reason to question the quality.

This is a very respectable company and I valued the supplements they manufacture. The only downside to them is they are a bit expensive, but that’s what you pay for for a quality product.. boron has been proven to be an important trace mineral because it is essential for the growth and maintenance of bone; greatly improves wound healing; beneficially impacts the body's use of estrogen, testosterone, and vitamin D; boosts magnesium absorption.
