If it's any help to you, I'm a size 22 & the fit is fine for me

Q: What size would you recomend for someone who is 5´11?

I would say the S/M would be adequate. I'm 5' 7" and it's down past my knees. If you want it longer than that go for the Large. The length is from shoulder to bottom and is accurate so just measure yourself.
