XL 1056-1502 Flexible Pipe Coupling 1-1/2” CI/Plastic/Steel to 1-1/2” CI/Plastic/Steel

I bought this to replace a connector I got at Lowe’s, but I guess it was either not a snug fit or I didn’t put enough cement to keep the pipes from leaking - so there was a noticeable leak. I found this and after having used a similar rubber pipe with metal adjustable clamps in the check control valve from PumpSpy, I figured it was a safe bet and I’ve tested the sump pump 4x since installing it and zero leaks. The extension worked perfectly!

Needed to install new check valves on a sump pump system. Used this to connect two pipes together. Has been working fine for much of the year. No leaks. Good quality.

Perfect for tight places where there is no flexibility and rigid pipe won’t work.

This product made replacing a damaged leaking section of pipe a breeze. The damaged section was cut out and this was installed in like 20 minutes or less. This was able to be completed even with the pipe in a confined area.

Worked well to connect pvc pipe

Worked well to repair a break on a RV waste pipe. Sizing was correct on the sleeve I received. Used some liquid soap to slide the sleeve over the pipe ends

Worked very well on the outflow pipe

The drain for my RV sits 4 inches off the ground and the gray water pipe is three feet from the tank to the valve. Any bumps or incline flexes the pipe and has snapped it, twice. I replaced the joint and added this flexible coupling so the gray water line can bend.
