Kinesiology Tape for Athletes, Water Resistant, Reduce Pain & Injury Recovery, 2" x 16.4 Feet, Uncut, Skull - Muertape

This tape is great! This is now my "go to" tape. I use the Rocktape to tape my arches for martial arts, and found that the adhesive is much more durable than the KT. The Rocktape seems to be a thicker fabric type tape, as opposed to the more stretchy nylon of the KT. For me, the Rocktape just provides better support, and will last about 3-4 days, including through swims and showers. The only slight negative is that the length is not pre-cut. Kind of a pain, but feel I use less since I can cut just what I need. Be sure to round the corners of the tape for better application. I have recommend this tape to all my friends. Added bonus of Rocktape - cool designs!!

After having my knee "rock taped" by a pro I knew this was something I had to learn to do on my own as the results were amazing. This is the right tape if you are looking for staying power through your workout and post shower...plus whats not to love with the skull design!

Works well, sticks good for my needs. I use it for shoulder support in BJJ class. I would give it 5 stars but it doesn't cut well. It's a bit of a pain. But after applied it's great for my needs.

Stays on longer, frankly, than the KT tape and you can cut smaller sizes so you use less. We've tried many designs and get the most reactions from the tattoo design. Apparently people really think, from a distance, that two senior citizens have matching knee tattoos. A must for the meniscus. A few tips: round the edges so they don't flip up quite as easily, and when you put it on pull across sort of tight, and as you get to the end, loosen up the tension. You can probably get a week or so use of each piece of tape.

Didn’t stick well. Which is very unusual for Rock tape, it’s my favorite for in & out of water. Maybe this was 1 in a 1000.

This tape is by far the best tape I have used. Extremely durable it stays on for five days or more, as promised. The material is thicker than the ones used before and easier to guide. Use mine to support both knees that are bone on bone. Have to be applied in a S shape because of the position. A brace would only accomplish pushing the knee cap down instead of supporting it. Rock Tape is the perfect solution for this. You don't even know its there but the support is incredible.

All three times I used it, this tape stayed on for two weeks. It sticks nicely and allows you complete freedom of movement. It kept my elbow warm and did not hinder it in any way. This stuff ROCKS!!

This began to curl up on me. I have used other Amazon tape that doesn't do that but wanted to give it a try since it comes with cute things on it. I'll go back to my favorite from Amazon. Sometimes we gals like to try different stuff but not at the expense of staying power.
