Such LOVELY notebooks!
I bought an 8” one a few months ago when the brand I wanted wasn’t available. By time the brand I wanted was available? I didn’t want it, because I was so in love with THIS brand. The cover is an interesting durable texture, the paper inside is easy to write on and doesn’t leak ink through easily. The pages are perforated. Just yum. I have this 10”, the 8” and even the little one now.Affordable, durable and wonderful. The notebook made me WANT to draw even more than I already did. :)

Perfect for large drawings! Not too bulky
Perfect size for those like me who feel a hit limited w poses with the previous 8x8 (comparison of their sizes in review) sketchbook from articka (not that the other is terrible, i just wanted a bigger size for future projects) it's got the same paper quantity as the last. It's absolutely perfect and doesn't seem like too terrible for traveling around with since I have a bunch of tote bags.-For the gsm 180 it holds up extremely well with acrylic markers and alot of variety of art media. It does bleed with alcohol markers as any would, but ive never had any experience with it tearing.-And it has a break away for each page for removing pages and ive had issues in the past of pages falling out on their own unlike alot of spiral bounds ive dealt in the past. Would recommend!-you can draw with it perfectly flat which is so handy for bigger sketchbooks, the paper texture Is also wonderfully flat which is great for sketchbooking and doesn't smudge too terribly against other drawings.

High quality
I love these sketchbooks for their quality and aesthetic. The paper is thick, and there’s an elastic band to keep it closed safe and sound. And the outside is a smooth and nice texture. Will be buying again.

My favorite sketchbook
This sketchbook is high quality paper, has a ribbon for marking the spot where you left off and the cover is extremely durable. I use it for drawing with micron pens. It doesn’t bleed through.

Beware of markers bleeding!
The media could not be loaded. Super convenient to take everywhere (it fits in my purse and backpack no problem) and whip out to do some sketches! The paper isn’t the thickest (it’s about the same as a Canson mixed media) , I use ohuhu markers and it bled through unfortunately. I do enjoy how easy it is to stay motivated to create something because of the size of the sketchbook itself. It serves its purpose and works well. :)

Winner winner! A must buy
I am freaking impressed. These are spectacular sketchbook.First the lay flat. First page or two is a little stiff but after that is wonderful!Paper feels smooth and erases very nicely. They hold up very well to pen and ink.I've used faber castell, fountain pen ink, bic, fineliners etc!No bleed thruThey hold up to light watercolor markers use. Just don't soak the page!!!!!! So far I've use zig, koi and ohuhu watercolor markers.Bleed thru on is minimal if non existent as long as your not super saturated the pages. Which means both sides can be used!!!Alcohol markers will definitely bleed thru. Then again alcohol markers go thru anything but rendr sketchbooks.Cover is a nice fake leather feel. Solid!Over all I'm thrilled. I put this one up there as a nice alternative to stillman an birn. EtcThese sketchbooks are almost identical in size and shape to illo books but the paper seems to be a little higher quality!

The perfect sketchbook!
I have used the direct competitor, illo sketchbook, for a while now but since they were out of stock I tried this option from Articka and it did not disappoint. They both have the same great paper which I adore more than any other paper I’ve used because it gets great shading/blending results with graphite. What set the Articka Note apart though is the fact that the pages are perforated for easy removal (LOVE this!). Same great faux leather cover with ribbon bookmark and elastic binding. It lays flat on your drawing surface for easy, comfortable sketching. I also have peace of mind that I already have great paper for if I ever switch to learning a different medium.I bought the 10x10 and 8x8 options and they’re both of great quality.I’ve included some drawing to display the smooth shading that can be achieved with this paper.
