These are for the ReliOn finger stick lancets for blood glucose sampling. They work very well, I have had almost no failures in hundreds of sampling events. The are "ultra thin" making a minimal prick.

Same quality store did not have the choice of ultra thin and were out of stock on the regular so I did not have a choice

These ultra thin lancets are the best ones I've ever used in the 10 years I've needed to test for. I only just discovered them and am so surprised at how thin they are. I can hardly feel them pricking my skin. I will never go back to the other ones. There is nothing about these that I don't like!!!

I'm not a diabetic, but I like to check my blood glucose from time to time. So my review is not coming from someone who uses these multiple times a day. I did work as a phlebotomist for a while, though, so I do know a thing or two about needles. :-) I have tried different brands and these seem to be smoother and less painful to use. With other brands I have had to poke myself a couple of times in order to draw enough blood, but these draw enough every time on the same setting of my lancet device. Even my husband, whose pain tolerance tends to be lower than mine thinks these lancets work better and are less painful.I use an older model ReliOn lancet device and they fit well. My husband uses a different brand device (I'm not sure of the name) and they fit that as well.

Almost doesn't hurt
