Excellent product with very even heat. After doing a lot of research. I chose this product over other slow cookers. The heat is very even. The keep warm setting on this cooker is Perfect for making overnight steel cut oatmeal. It cooks them perfect without sticking to the sides or bottom. No hot spots to cause any sticking or scorching. I often measure out my liquid then drop a cored Granny Smith apple into a blender with cinnamon. Then add to my oats. The smell, texture and taste is perfect without any scorched taste or smell. June 2020 I got a second one. They are so even in the temps. I love the low and mostly the warm setting. You just cant burn anything in this pot on warm and it cooks baked apples perfect overnight as well as acorn squash and just everything you want done and soft..i got a second one in case something goes wrong with my first The keep warm slow cooking setting caramelized the sugars just perfect. With a rich flavor I just take an apple lightly rub it down with honey, Sprinkle cinnamon and apple pie spice on it add 1\ 3C water and its just perfect .Dice apples and spice as above and make applesauce that can be mixed with homemade apple pie or prepare applesauce then dice sweet potatoes 1 inch cubes. Mix lightly slow cook or warm until tender I am diabetic the smaller portions do well for me Also you can add butter or a little molasses and make it much richer in flavor.

Ideal size cooker for making single person servings of soup or stew. Low setting seems to be a bit to low and doesn't seem to heat thru the inner pot to well. High setting is perfect.

This is the perfect size for the two of us. A 2lb. pork roast, 3 chicken breasts, 2 Salisbury steaks, half rack of baby back ribs, all fit. Even on low, cooking in a little faster because of the small size. Had to make a few adjustments to time but overall a great slow cooker.

Used for Dinners for Two. Capacity was smaller than expected.

It was a Christmas gift to my Granddaughter and her roommate. She loves it and says it is just the right size for the 2 of them.

While the size is great, the warm feature is to warm and causes some cheese dips to burn. The photo showed silver and I received a red one.
