This holds most of what I need
This bag is great. It fits well on my all-road bike. I had to ditch the under-seat bag as I added a water bottle mount back there. I looked at meany options and places to hold tools and things and this was the best of all options. This holds a tire patch kit, two CO2 cartridges and inflator, a tool bundle, my wallet, some gels packs, and still has room for a little more. I have ridden in the pouring rain and everything stayed dry inside. I have ridden a few low distance over the road rides with no issues of movement or loosening. I am about 800 miles in with this bag and it is doing everything I need it to. I am confident it will last years and thousands of miles more

Product Looks Great
This pouch does exactly what I wanted it to do. I use it to hold a small Anker power bank which is routed to my phone (mounted on the handle bars) through the convenient grommet which is built into the side of the Fuel Tank. The grommet is a little tight, but with some effort a usb C cable can fit through without damage or modification. Not sure if a bigger USB 2.0 or 3.0 plug would make it through. I also run my ear bud's cable from the phone through the grommet and then out the bottom of the zipper to manage the cable length while riding. The Tank has nice mesh pouches built into its inner walls to hold things like wallets, keys, etc. It looks great on the bike and is easy to remove or slide out of the way if you need access to the stem. Great product, no complaints.

High quality product. Didn't work as I wanted. But, works in an alternate position
(Please read the entire review)I was skeptical how this bag would work as advertised. It is made exceptionally well. There's plenty of room on the inside. It has a small pouch for keys. My smartphone barely fits. I wouldn't recommend it for large smartphones. The Velcro closures were placed just right. It has enough room to hold extra food, emergency supplies, and other stuff you would normally store in your jersey pockets. When I got it, I installed it on the top tube of my road bike and secured around the stem using the given Velcro straps. When I tried it for the first time, the first thing I did was to ride out of the saddle. It became apparent that the bag was interfering with the motion of my legs. More specifically, my quads. When I was in the saddle, it would occasionally rub the inside of my quads. I ended up removing it and never used it in that configuration again. I decided to keep it as I thought I might have another use for it, such as on my mountain bike. After thinking about it for a few days, I had an idea. I thought it might fit in a different orientation, on a different part of my bike. I was able to install it under the downtube, behind the front wheel and in front of the bottom bracket. It has about an inch of clearance on the left and right crank arms and chain rings. And about an inch of clearance from the front tire. In order to keep it from sliding down, I secured it to the front water bottle cage. The way I installed it, it does not chafe when I remove and insert the bottle into the cage. I tried it for the first time recently and it worked like a charm! No chafing, no interference with the componentry. The only drawback is accessibility. In this orientation, you can't reach and grab something out of the bag. Also, the zipper faces down. That means you have to invert the bike to unzip it and access the contents. I decided to keep it for my extended rides that require additional food and supplies. I hope this helps others that have the same issues as myself. I've decided to give it five stars as I believe I will make good use of it.Edit: I've gone through a few rides with the bag in the configuration I've mentioned above. My experience has been favorable. I brought it along for a ride when I had arm warmers on. I decided to remove them and put them in the Topeak bag. It wasn't necessary to invert the bike to access it. With minimal force, I was able to swing the bag to one side and that was enough to open the zipper and put the contents inside. I then pushed the bag back into its position behind the front wheel and that did the trick. It works like a charm. (just remember to close the zipper).

Bought one in each size. Cable access to iPhone handlebar holder is great!
First I bought the smaller size of this because I wanted to be able to run a battery brick through the cable access to my iPhone on the handlebar so that I could go on long routes using both my fitness app and listening to music and still have battery life in the phone. This works great. It is actually a bit difficult to put the wire through the opening, so I ultimately decided just to get a charging wire that I use only for this purpose so I read it in bag and have the lightning outside only a bit when I am not using it. The small one is good for a small charger and a small wallet but not much more. I sometimes do hundred mile rides so I wanted to be able to have a bigger battery and a bit more storage for other things so I also bought the larger one. The larger one is not too large or intrusive so if you are in doubt get the larger one, as the smaller one definitely doesn't hold much. Or, since neither is very expensive, you can do what I did and buy both and use whichever one is best for whatever ride you might be going on. You can take them on and off in about five seconds. Very easy. Overall, a very good product and the cable pass-through is the reason to buy this.
