Q: How large are the vicaps? the soft gels looked tooooo big for us Sr citizens to swallow.

The trick to swallowing pills is pretending they aren't there and taking a big gulp of water. People swallow pieces of food bigger than most pills and have no issue doing so. Mostly it's a mental issue - like tricking dogs by wrapping pills in a piece of cheese. That being said, I've tried these capsules and the Softgels (B003ENHSI2), and I find the capsules to be a lot "stickier" than the softgels, so they tend to stick to my tongue or inner cheek. That becomes a bigger problem for swallowing them than their size. Unfortunately the softgels are not vegetarian because of the gelatin, but I have to pick and choose my battles, so I buy the Softgels (B003ENHSI2) that are easier to actually use.

Q: Does superior mean it's for 50+ ?

I am over 70 and take these. Although they are not labeled for over age 50, I have compared them to other brands that claim to be. These vitamins include ingredients that others don't have with a good amount of each ingredient.

Q: Softgels or V caps or tablets which is better?

I like softgels because the seem easier to swallow.
