I’d say this yoga wheel is the best thing to happen to yoga since “corpse pose”. 🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🤯I love this Yoga Wheel & Block set VERY MUCH! Granted I am a beginner in the yoga world as well as this is my first time purchasing a yoga wheel, EVER.. so with that being said; take my review for what it’s worth! I use this yoga wheel with an app that teaches me how to use it properly and so far I love the sturdiness and quality of this wheel. I’ve waited a few months before reviewing to make sure I was truly happy and honestly I am! I have been using the blocks and strap, that came in this “set”, religiously and haven’t found any need to replace them! For the price, I honestly was expecting to want to replace the blocks or strap but the quality from them is just as good and I have promoted YogaBuddy as much as I can on the app I use!

I suffer from chronic back pain and this thing is a life saver!!! I use it daily for maybe 5 minutes and it stretches and pulls me just enough that it relieves the stiffness and keeps the pain away. Does a great job of popping my back as well which brings great relief. I definitely recommend this for anyone with back pain (you do have to be careful not to fall off of it though)

I love my Yoga Buddy equipment. I use the wheel at home and it is great for many poses I do not do in class. The blocks are so legit I bring them with me to my Yoga Studio. I even received a few compliments on them. The strap is also great, it is a big upgrade from the towel i used to use, and it has much more features then i know how to use yet. I use the wheels to expand my movements to the next level. Oh yea, and I love the fold-able bag that it all comes in, great bonus. Thanks Yoga Buddy,

Yoga Buddy is such a very helpful tool. I recently started doing Ashtanga Yoga. I was wary of buying something you balance on here but this seems to be a very high quality product, it feels and looks professional. I tried the wheel the first day it arrived and felt the back stretching effects the very next day. I have a bad back and it’s help stretching the back in a correct form with support to the lower and upper back, it also serve as a posture corrector, it’s very helpful achieving a correct full bridge pose without pains. My friends in my yoga class have an almost identical looking wheel but the quality is not nearly as good, so don’t risk getting an inferior knockoff of the Yoga Buddy.

I started stretching daily because of a lower back injury. The yoga blocks help me get the most out of my stretches. I haven’t used the strap yet, but it seems sturdily made. The wheel is the best thing included in this bundle! Both my male partner and I have used this, and it seems like it will last a long time. He weighs over 200 lbs and really put some force on it as he was rolling out his back, and it didn’t seem to give. It felt really good to stretch out on it, but I’m only giving 3 stars for pain relief because if you’re truly having an episode of lumbar pain, this wheel alone likely won’t alleviate your pain. If you just need to stretch out to prevent pain after doing a lot of sitting, it probably will do the trick if used regularly.

I'm a beginner in yoga and I love the blocks for stability. I originally purchased this for the wheel so I could stretch my back and spine and it works beautifully. The strap is a huge bonus I am using it for added stretching and flexibility on my lower half. I didn't realize that it all came in a nice, cute carrying case so it can come with me when I travel. Very happy with this product!!

After using this three times my lower back feels so much better. My back cracks so much on this wheel and it's amazing.

Excellent tool! I use this for my back stretch and loosen up tight muscles. It has helped tremendously. I also use it to assist me in my yoga poses -more specifically - back bends. It takes a bit of getting used to but is amazing after you get your balance down. Sturdy and well built. No complaints!
