Broke after being used approx 20 times and cannot find anyway to reach seller to have the item replaced so on this basis 1 star. Ive now seen other reviews where others had similar faults. I emailed the seller but did not receive a response for a replacementUpdate jan 2021. I received an email from the seller asking they noticed the above review left in september, they informed me that they had now changed supplier for this product and IF I REMOVED my negative review they would refund the product. I informed them that i would update the review to say they had got back to me about the item. However they then emailed back saying they would Only refund after i had removed the review, i again reiterated i would amend the review with feedback after they had made the refund.Unfortunaltwy they refused to do so, so in essence they are BLACKMAILING customers to remove any negative comments and will not refund or replace without a buyer doing so.So BEWARE of this seller, if they have done this to me im sure they are to all customers and therefore any positive feedback they have is completely unbiased.Therefore i have now updated this review to warns others to beware of this seller as they should not be on amazon

Thick and sturdy handles of natural solid wood.Surfaces in touch with food are also high quality. It makes cooking just that much better. Enjoying using them.UPDATE: the most frequently used pieces' handles are cracking one after another and the pieces are moving in them so sadly it will not be a long-lived addition to our kitchen. Very sad, I thought we'll have these for many years to come, but turns out to be just shiny when arrives but can't keep it together under regular use.UPDATE 2: Now the most frequently used piece has come out of the handle. Sad to see it though as the quality of the heads are really great, so is the handle. It's natural wood so it cracks as soon as you start washing them.

I've had my eye on a new set of utensils for a while now. I've struggled to find ones that suit my needs, and or match my decor.So fast forward I brought these because they ticked all the boxes, plenty utensils, all from similar material, nice bamboo handles, and a tidy storage box, although this maybe its downfall, as the utensils are great quality the utensil holder probably could of been better quality, theres alot of swirls on the plastic box that show up, so maybe a wooden box or a different material is required.As for the utensils, I can't complain, they do exactly what they need to do. There recommended to be hand washed, but I prefer that anyways. As I've lost and or weakened a lot of utensils in the past.

Ich habe die Produkte nun länger in benutzung und bei mir hängen sie an der wand. Ich kann euch sagen nach dem Abwaschen und trocknen kommt oben immer wieder Wasser raus wenn sie liegen bildet sich eine ,,Pfütze,, man kann es innen nicht trocknenNachtrag : Leider weiss man nicht mehr welche Positive Bewertung ,,echt,, ist da ich nach meiner ehrlichen Bewertung angeschrieben wurde und mir gegen löschen ein Gutschein versprochen wird.Das tue ich aber nicht den ich bin so enttäuscht von dem Küchenset und das ich auf das positive Feedback reingefallen bin . Ich fühle mich betrogen .

So usually my kitchen is functional and clean.However we have decided to give it a deep clean, during which I noticed my stainless steel kitchen gadgets were a bit horrible.Some had marks from the dishwasher, some had accidentally been put in the oven and the plastic handle grip had pooled out.So I decided to get these, clean fresh kitchen. Fresh utensils.I love the wood and gray. My worktops are all light wood and I have black appliances, with grey accessories. Really monochrome.The wood is sturdy and the silicone is firm and keeps it's shape.Brilliant addito any kitchen. I just wish there had been a potato masher.
