So, after a month of use, 2 pills 1x a day on an empty stomach, I no longer have problems getting up off the sofa, past spinal fusion L5S1, would not be able to stand straight up, but now no problem. My knees don’t hurt anymore walking down steps. Inflammation is the cause of all of this and this product eliminates inflammation. Highly recommend you give it a try and see if it works for you. I’m hoping it will have a positive effect long-term for BPH as well. Expensive, I hope they can find away to lower cost because I’m sure many more people would buy the product.

I was recommended these by a good friend of mine. The quality of the supplement is very good! I am pleased with the packaging it came in. It was very well wrapped and shipped with no damage to the capsules. I like the ease of taking the capsules as well, makes for a very simple addition to my health routine. They have a pleasant smell and aren’t too large, which makes a huge difference to me! I feel stronger mentally and physically. My immune system is on the up and up and I feel more excited to start my day since I’ve began taking these!

Been taking BROQ for about a week now and I've actually felt my gut become a bit more settled! I try to eat healthy and workout but I can't seem to get the abs and flat stomach I want. Not only is it healthy and a supplement most people need, I am starting to see my stomach flatten out. I haven't really changed my diet at all, but have just wanted to take more supplements to help my gut. I'm excited to keep using it and as my body gets better, so does my mind! Feeling good!

I have a very busy schedule and I am also some who likes to get up early and go to the gym. I normally have low energy by 3 with still some works hours left in my day. But now since Ive been taking BROQ am able to make it through my whole day without fatigue. This pill is amazing, it helps me stay focused! Reduces my inflammation after a hearty meal and helps me metabolize faster. Would recommend! Also I love the Little easter egg passages they left in the packaging. Try if for yourself!

I purchased directly through their website not from Amazon. I had used BROQ in the past but had to stop due to the cost. The stuff was amazing at lowering my inflammation. I could really FEEL the difference in my whole body after a short time on it. Yes, there was stomach upset etc but totally worth it. I got this product and paid the premium price because it was Sulforophane and not precursors like everything else on the market. Yes, I know the studies on Avecmol and precursors and Jed Fahrey and I tried them and then tried it again and again…nothing. Just tried it again before deciding to go back to what I know worked. The only time I felt a difference in my clarity and energy was with real suplforphane. I ordered and then saw that they are using the same cheap precursors as everyone else now and pawning it off as an improvement. Sustained release capsules are cheap and do not compensate for the cheaper stuff inside them. I am ticked that I know I just flushed $60 done the hopper cause these are not gonna be any better than avecmol that doesn’t work. Tired of wasting money on supplements that can’t be returned after companies change their formulas and on companies “snickering” everyone by using cheaper ingredients and trying to pass it off as better. My father uses to call this “peeing up your back and calling it rain”. If it works and you have a loyal customer base why do this? It is a really stupid business decision in the long run. Cause yeah, lots of folks ticked off, read the comments.

Broq has been a great addition to my routine — super high quality, easy to take, and I’ve genuinely noticed better energy and mental clarity. I can honestly feel the health benefits other people have talked about, especially around inflammation. I’ve had no stomach issues either!! It’s definitely a premium product, but for the brain and health boost it delivers, I think it’s totally worth it.

There have been several peer reviewed studies on this product's ability to slow down the progression of prostate cancer as well as slow down the rate of PSA increase. Studies has also shown that this product can act as a fantastic liver detoxifier as well. A family member of mine with prostate cancer has used this successfully to reduce PSA and increase his PSADT (i.e. slow down the rate of PSA rise overall) while he is on active surveillance. He takes 60mg per day(which is what the studies used although he also took 30mg with some good results too) - he now takes prostaphane (same as BROQ) given that BROQ often isn't available on Amazon What makes this product great as well is it's ability to act as a HDAC inhibitor which offer additional benefits towards stopping the progression of prostate cancer (there's another study where rats are fed broccoli sprouts, which is similar to sulforaphane and this revealed great results too!) Since using this, my family member used this his PSA has remained exceptionally stable , with no signs of progression, which has been a fantastic healing remedy for us!! Would definitely recommend this to anybody looking to improve their prostate health especially given that I have contacted DR Cipolla directly (createor of this product) and he has been more than happy to answer all of my questions.
