Excellent Tent
I’m going to come to the aid of this tent having read some reviews. Folks if you put your tent away damp, it collects mold, it can damage the fabric, it can make the the tent stink among many other things.Either learn to look after a tent correctly or don’t buy one! Your damp and fabric disintegrating is your fault, not Coleman’s.I’ve had this tent out 10+ times in the past two years and it’s still like new. Put away dry and clean, a nice water resistant treatment every few months and voila.Easy to put up, easy to take down, easy to pack away in its bag.The rooms are pitch dark even in direct sun.My only criticism of this tent is the porch area. It’s rather small and no additional awnings can fit this tent. Coleman discontinued loads of their awnings and if you want to cook in poor weather, you are a bit stuck as the porch is tiny.Otherwise the living space is excellent in both the main area and bedrooms.Excellent airflow and keeps as cool as a tent can be.It’s taken a few poundings from fairly awful weather including a last minute yellow warning and terrible rain in Dorset. I don’t recommend putting it up in 50mph winds, but credit to it when this storm popped up suddenly it stood up to the winds and the pelting rain like a champ!I would recommend the additional footprint and internal carpet for the cosy sake. But any carpet will do! I also pair my camping up with my Jackery 1000 and solars and can stay pretty much anywhere.Anyway, a fantastic bit of kit and ignore the reviews of mould and fabric issues, people just don’t know how to look after their kit!

Survived Torrential Rain!
Excellent tent. Lots of plus features. Zip down window blinds. Full standing height. Black out bedrooms with mesh vents so you can let some light in. Great size for two adults. Plenty of room beside each bed. Living area can easily fit a table, food box and space for two chairs. With buying the groundsheet footprint (I didn’t and regret it). Easy to pitch. Withstood hours of torrential rain Saturday night with only a tiny amount of droplets coming through (which stayed on the fabric, didn’t stop inside the tent and soon cleared). So far, really pleased.

Missing pegs!
Lovely spacious tent - thankful we did a test run on putting it up before going camping as missing the plastic green pegs plus the flat pegs for the porch access? Contacted Amazon Customer Service and Coleman - neither would issue the missing pegs!! DONT BUY A TENT FROM AMAZON

Won’t go back to conventional now!
So easy to put up! Tried it in the garden so far as was winter. Really good quality. Excellent dark part. Small for a family of 4 but we want it for weekend / family festivals and ease! Only small annoyance - you can unzip the middle section to make it one big sleeping area which is better for size but you can’t put a mattress flat in the middle - the section has a rigid part left where you unzip - if that makes sense - so there isn’t room to put a full length mattress there - if 3 of you were sleeping in it to separate out a bit. Ah well.

Good product but....
I bought this tent for our first family camping weekend in the lakes. Before I conclude to purchase this item I did a lot of research and although it's pricey it comes with the quality guarantee from Coleman. It is a lovely sized Air tent, easy to pitch with blackOut bedrooms. That being said, I received the tent 4 days before our trip to the lakes and I decided to put it up in the garden to test it. Whilst putting the tent up I noticed that there was a whole in the tent basin (the ground sheet) about 30cm from the outer porch and when inspecting it further you could see the mud and dirt marks all over the ground sheet which can indicate that the tent was not entirely new! It completely ruined my day and I am gutted as I'm supposed to take the family in the lakes in 2 days time and I've made all the arrangements for this trip.To top up, I cannot contact the seller directly to arrange for a replacement before our trip and the only option I have is only to request a refund...Not sure how to settle this without ruining the first family camping trip.

Completely ruined after first use
Loved this tent when we first had it, although half the pegs were missing and we had no way of trying to get these other than returning the whole thing. However, we came to use the tent a 2nd time and found that the black out coating was completely cracked and flaking. No longer able to return this tent which cost over £600 as gone past 30 days. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Good tent but issues
I’m a well seasoned camper and although I like this tent it has problems. Very easy to put up - I did it on my own in around 15minutes. Blackout bedroom is really dark. Some nice features like the variety of cable entry points and the zip up ground sheet at the entrance meaning in normal weather conditions you can have a flat doorway entrance or if the weather turns poor you can zip up the groundsheet to make a raised “bathtub” type groundsheet. However, after using the tent once the blackout coating on the inside of the tent cracked badly letting in light (see photos). Secondly although this is an airtent, the porch has a flexible metal pole which stretches to form the curved porch however whilst doing this it also stretches the front of the tent and makes zipping the door up difficult without pulling the side of the tent and the door together. Finally on the tent’s second outing we unpacked it to find mildew had spotted the canvas. Not sure how mildew gets into a waterproof canvas as badly as it has in the space of a few days but it has! We had dried the tent out thoroughly when packing it away (as we’ve done with our tents) so I’m confused how mildew has formed in such a short time but I dread to think how it would look after being packed away over winter.Very disappointed really- as I’ve said it’s a nice tent but not up to Coleman’s usual high standards especially for a £500+ tent so I’ve had to return it.
