Seems like it would be good but there are sizing issues
Unfortunately this did not work for the recipient because he needed a size in between a L and XL. As Amazon does not have a size chart for this vest we used another site to get a size chart and noticed that they seemed to skip a size (32-34, 38-40, 44-46, etc...what if you need a 42?). We also took into account the other reviewers who suggested ordering a sixe up from your normal shirt size. We did this and it didn't work. We returned it and ordered the smaller size and that was too small so we returned it completely and we will go to a ski shop and find one that fits correctly.

Great life vest, but order a size larger than normal.
Very comfortable, and I agree with what everyone else has said, order a size up at the least. I'm 6'5", 205 lbs, and normally wear a L/XL life vest, but I ordered the 2X, and it fits nearly perfectly. I had to cinch in the belts a little, but when sitting in my kayak or a sailboat, I don't feel constrained at all and have freedom to move about. And when I took a dip in the water, it didn't ride up on me at all. Highly recommended.

I won't say that "I love it", but...
...I def like it and it does deserve 5 stars. To echo what many others have already stated, buy one size larger. I'm 5'8" tall, 165-170lbs with a little bit of a belly. I rock medium t-shirts/polos without an issue, but bought a large Reactor vest and it fits perfectly/snuggly. No way could I wear a medium. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that these Neoprene style vests don't dry nearly as fast as their vinyl/traditional counterparts. They really soak up the water and hang onto it for most of the day on the water even while laying out in the sun.

Quality well designed sport vest
Very comfortable vest. Easily floats my 160lbs as expected and dries out quickly. There are drain vents on the bottom which help it dry quicker. The zipper and buckles are of high quality and all function as they should. The only part I dislike about this vest is the concealed belts as it makes it annoying to adjust, however if you just let the loose ends hang rather than stuff them into the channel this problem it eliminated. Overall this is a very good vest and I expect it to last a while.

Nice vest at a reasonable price
Looking at the chart sizes on the official O'Neill website, I was right on the edge between a medium and a large. I ended up ordering a large and I'm glad I did. I like vests to fit snugly, but without restricting movements or, worse, breathing. This one fits just right and I have already used it many times. The skiing season is still far from over!

Good vest, less than ideal for jetskiing
I bought this for riding on my jetski. I know it's advertised as a vest for wakeboarding and waterskiing, it likely does the job quite fine. But I didn't expect it to not have a tethering loop, pretty much every other vest I've seen has one. There is no easy spot on the vest to tie the jetski safety lanyard.
