Lake AvenueBee Propolis, 1,000 mg, 240 Capsules, Nutrition

I'd never tried bee propolis before, but decided since I knew I wasn't generally allergic to bee products I should give it a try. I have formerly tried several anti-inflammatories - curcumin, astaxanthin etc. They have worked fairly well, but I decided I liked the extra nutrients and benefits propolis could offer. I knew within a few days that this Propolis brand was effective, because I was getting less green and my sinuses felt more open. I opted to take only one, as I desired to try some other interventions as well ( after I saw this was working ) . Later, I was amazed at how much a different brand of probiotic and eating fermented food also really helped my sinuses.Thank you, Lake Avenue Nutrition for a quality product that does what it claims!

The capsules have 400 mg of powder inside. All of the bulk wholesalers I can find sell 5:1 Carob/Propolis as 5 parts Carob and 1 part Propolis. So each capsule contains 67 mg of Propolis. To reach the 1000 mg Propolis on the bottle label would take 15 capsules.The powder taste is pleasant, slightly sweet and chocolatey as expected.

I was looking for Bee propolis, high quality and good price. I take one capsule twice a day for immune support. So far, so good. Great price, will buy again.
