These come vacuum sealed - just put them in water for a couple minutes and they plump right up. You can hang them up to dry with the rope that's through each.I've bought two packs of these so far - they're 4" long and all about 2.75" diameter. The uniformity is nice! They're cleaned out well, and they're the same color as the advertised photos. They're strong - you can't squeeze these together from the sides. Keep in mind that they're stiff - but loofahs soften with use, and you don't want to start out with a weak, pliable loofah. So I'm optimistic that these will last. I'll buy these again when I need more.

It's hard to find these sponges anymore. I have used them for years, and now that I am a senior citizen, I am glad that I kept it up. My skin is a lot smoother and has less fine wrinkles than others my age. I cut them before I used them because I don't need them that big. Now I have a good supply to last for a couple of years, and at such a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I was surprised when the Lofah sponges were flat…but great when you put in water…pop right up! Great for travel too because flat will pack easy ..!!

They seem to be good quality, but too small for bathing. The fibres are dense and tight, and don’t hold water and soap very well. If they were twice as large, they’d be more useful.

Simple, cheap, do the job and if they get old or moldy or worn, just toss them. My guess is they might work in a mulch bed, but not 100% sure.
