What are ingredients?

Deionized water, Glycerine,Petrolatum, Mineral oil, Mercaptopyridine-N-Oxide, Emulsifying Wax, Fragance, Cetyl Alcohol, Methyl Paraben. I think I got all the spelling correct, hope this helps.

does this product treat dandruff or Is this just a temporary relief ?

Yes it works. It works fast and I only use it very lightly once every 6-8 weeks (if that). My first week, I used it 3 times -Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Then I didn't use it again for probably 3 weeks and then used it again only because I remembered. So during that time, no flakes, lot less itching. After that I opted to wait until I actually saw flakes or became itchy to use it again which was probably 2 months. Used it once and it took care of it again for another 8 weeks or so. Bottom line is it works. Doesn't stink. Doesn't weigh hair down. Don't have to use it often. For someone like me who had serious itching and dandruff (almost to point of scratching scars into my scalp), it was a miracle. BTW* I wash my hair 4 times per week (too much washing actually aggravates dandruff not to mention dry out your hair). Read up about how frequent you should wash, from the professionals and most will tell you every day washing is bad news. Believe me, your hair won't turn into a funky-gunky oily mess washing just 4 times per week.

Has anyone used this while having a Brazilian Blowout? If so has this affected the blowout at all?

Well the cream goes on your scalp not your hair so I doubt it would affect a blowout. You can apply it while your hair is wet and let the heat of the blow dryer melt it in. Works for me
