Knee Pulley - for Pain-Relief and Restoring Range of Motion for Knee Patients

Don't pass this up!Had knee replacement surgery and needed to exercise at home. Tried a different one but had to return it, the quality was not good.This knee pulley is good quality and easy set up!

It was ok. Better than paying a chiropractor $200 a pop on your knee to do the same thing.

Good device but didnt work for me.

I only have so much space to use this with. Going by the picture, I thought it would be fine. However, the rope on the one that I got was so long, I would have had to sit at least 10 feet or more back. I don't have that much room. I tried to gather the rope around my hand to shorten it and tried pulling it. It did not pull the way it needed to to decompress my knee. Also, the blue strap on the foot brace goes where it wants and makes it hard to control.

I can't help but think elastic bands would have worked better. This pulley only pulls your leg from the heel... which sounds fine until it's in practice. If the bands were positioned about 2-3 inches higher it would be more effective.

This really helped me with flexion and extension while rehabbing my post operative knee replacement. It is well made. I was able to control the degree of flexion. My physical therapist showed me a similar, more expensive pulley. I am eight weeks post surgery and I feel that this pulley continues to help with my recovery.I am still using it and I recommend it.

Good item just had to figure out where Velcro strap was.

Very good pulley system that is helping to stretch and create range of motion from my total knee replacement surgery. A great addition to daily physical therapy.
