Best clean/natural prenatal vitamins!
Love these prenatals! I went a cleaner route this pregnancy. Does not have that yucky after taste that other prenatal brands have! Vitamins are a bit big but doable.

Nutrient dense
The media could not be loaded. As I’ve started my fertility journey I’ve tried a variety of different prenatal vitamins. So far this is one of my favorites.I love that it is made of Whole Foods and also has choline. This minimizes how many supplements I have to take. It also has folate rather than folic acid which is better absorbed by the body.Though taking two pills can be frustrating, it ensures there is adequate nutrients being provided so to me it’s actually a good thing.The pills are a decent size but it doesn’t bother me any because I take a lot of different supplements. I actually also prefer that this one doesn’t have DHA because I take that separate as well to ensure I’m getting the correct nutrients.I will buy these again when I run out and hopefully will take them after pregnant as well.

Highly recommend
Love these prenatal vitamins & that they are made from great ingredients. Took them for months while trying to conceive & for my whole pregnancy. They are a little large, but easy to swallow. I did take a separate calcium & DHA supplement while pregnant. Would highly recommend this brand

Gave me heartburn
I love that this is a food-based prenatal vitamin. I feel like it gave me heartburn when I was pregnant though. I ended up switching to Thorne prenatal and didn't have heartburn anymore.

Love them
I loved these prenatals. They were cheaper to get on Amazon than buying in the grocery store. I’m still taking them after I had the baby due to breast feeding. They’re the best. Highly recommend.
