Food & Wine: Annual Cookbook 2014

love these books. this is a great addition to your cookbook collection. its nice because its not a bunch of rehashed recipes there are always a couple but for the most part the ideas and recipes are new and creative.

I love all the Food & Wine cookbooks I have. There are some recipes I'll never make, but the ones that go over big are major!!

I have a number of the F&W Annual Cookbooks; this one has a number of recipes that I found to be excellent- particularly in the pasta section

great variety of cuisine and recipes. If you buy the used editions its a great value for any home cook.

I would say that over 50% of the recipe had Asian influence or ingredients. I was looking for a little more diversity in the recipes.

This is the third Food & Wine Annual Cookbook I have purchased. I have 2012, 2013 and 2014. There is such a wide variety of recipes that it would be seldom that you could not find something to suit your ingredients on hand. Each of my books has numerous "sticky notes" to indicate either a "do again" or a "do in the future" recipe. Some of the recipes have unusual ingredients or instructions, but not enough to turn you off of purchasing this book. There are some beautiful pictures, but not all of the recipes have a photo attached. I don't see this as a negative though. I highly recommend.
