Absolutely great product great at releasing tight pelvic floor muscles which lessens pain very useful if you suffer with hip or lower back or pelvic pain try it out it will help might not be right for everyone but I think this product is great and recommend it.

Someone who suffers tight pelvic floor. This contraption has realease that pain. Wish o knew about his product years ago. Such a simple design but a very effective product. If your really right yes there will be an uncomfortable pressure pain but then the pain is gone same day or the next day depending how tight you were on the first place

I’ve ended up with nerve pain after using this product so be very careful. £40 is a lot of money to spend on something like this and to then have zero results from it

This has helped me after one use! I fractured my coccyx 3 years ago and the pain has been persistent. I have had physio, chiropractor, steroid injection and medication. The pain still persists and comes back. After a lot of reading about internal procedures (via rectum) I decided to try it. I'm so glad I did. After using it I didn't really know if I had done it right and felt a bit disheartened (and a bit sore) however, the next day I have sat down with a significant reduction in my pain.
