I am soooo happy my dermatologist told me to order this product for my extremely damaged hair. LSS! I ended up getting a bad hair Botox treatment from a salon that took my hair out and completely destroyed my hair so much so I had to go to a doctor to help me. I tried everything and nothing worked. I had shoulder length hair before the hair Botox to almost all of my hair gone but thankfully the doctor told me to get this product. For the first time since getting the hair Botox my floor is not covered in hair after washing it.

My hair was shedding so bad from a bad press. I saw IMMEDIATE results after one treatment. The excess shedding immediately stopped. Application was very easy and did not take a lot of time.This is a must have in your hair car regimen!

I love the product. The only product that actually worked to stop the excessive hair breakage. Use it once a week. Saw results in little over a month or so. The longer I used it, the better the results. It is amazing. Recommend.

The media could not be loaded. A few months ago I dyed my hair purple and while it was beautiful, it completely destroyed my hair. Ever since then, my hair has been breaking off in clumps and won't even hold color anymore.I don't want to cut it all off, so I've been desperately looking for a way to save my frizzy, fried, damaged, color-treated hair. I saw someone talk about this Aphogee 2-Step Hair Strengthening kit and was immediately intrigued. But some of the reviews were downright scary!I decided to buy it for myself and made a little YouTube video so you can decide if this product is right for you.In a nutshell, here is how to use the product:1. First you need to wash your hair and towel it dry.2. Then you apply the Aphogee step 1. It comes out super fast and is REALLY slimy. It reminded me of egg yolks or snail trails.3. Then you let it sit on your hair for several minutes. I was kind of scared of my hair falling out so I washed it after 6 minutes. It never got hard like some reviewers said it was supposed to, so I wasn't sure if I was doing it right.4. Next you apply step 2 and leave it on for 2 minutes.5. Finally rinse the product out.When I was done, I noticed that almost all of the color was stripped from the bleached parts of my hair. In fact I was so distraught over this, I thought the product was a huge fail. To be fair though, I did just wash it prior with clarifying shampoo - that might have been the main reason why the color was stripped. Meh, it was probably a result of both.But after the course of a few hours, my hair actually felt softer. Like, it seriously got better as the day wore on. It was so weird!And when I went to brush it later, less hair was coming out. I was also noticing less hair loss with subsequent washes!Does the product do what it is supposed to and make your hair stronger? I would say yes! But this is made for those of us who have SERIOUSLY FRIED hair. And that straw hair still has to get cut off eventually, but this should allow me a chance to grow it a bit more before I have to chop it off.I think the people posting about it making their hair fall out, might not have had the same amount of damage that the Aphogee was designed for.Buttttt, make sure you use it like a day or two before you plan to color or chemically treat your hair. Don't let what happened to me, happen to you!

Aphophogee is one of the best hair product lines I have ever used. It’s moisturizing and smells great! I highly recommend to anyone with processed hair.

I’ve been looking for a replacement for Nexxus polymedic for years. I use normal aphogee protein treatment that works pretty well, but when I read the description on this I thought it might be more like the nexxus. It’s slimy, and doesn’t seem to harden and I don’t feel any noticeable improvement to the integrity of my very damaged hair. To make it even less impressive, the step 2 conditioner stinks, and is not moisturizing. I use my own conditioner which makes it much better. Not worth the high price tag. I had already tried it from Sally’s before this arrived, so I returned it without opening. Stick with regular aphogee protein treatment.

I was told about this product during a very desperate time in my life. I had hair down to my back but after a series of different hair styles my hair started to completely change. I am mixed raced (black & Hispanic) and I’ve always had strong, healthy hair. Well my hair started to fall out (I was only 26) I started freaking out. Just keeping it in buns thinking it just needed a break. Well fast forward to a year later my hair is still in the same condition. It literally was just falling out. I am so happy because my hair is no longer falling out, my curls are back to normal! Yes my beautiful curl pattern is back thank god! I can brush through it now with little to no breakage. It looks healthy! It feels healthy! Who would have known all my hair needed was some vitamins. I am so happy I found this stuff! I read the bad reviews and I am shocked because it works so well for me but everyone’s hair is different but I’m so happy this helped me! Results in 1 day! You can’t beat that! I’ve been using this over a year now probably longer but it is amazing I don’t have the salon dryer so I put it in and put a plastic bag over my head to sleep to get the heat part then I style my hair in a protective style and leave until it is completely dry and crunchy then I rinse it out and follow up with the moisturizer for about an hour then follow with redken acidic bonding concentrate with plastic bag over night and then the protective style again till it dries then proceed with rinse and style I do this more often if I’ve dun color removing and color applying but only once a month I have curly hair these are grate
