Q: Does it make legs look tan?

I didn't like this one at all. It didn't go on smoothly and when I rubbed it in it streaked and pilled on my legs. I had to wash it all off, just couldn't make it work even after trying half a dozen times. I finally threw it out.

Not a good product for faces. Great for highlighting on legs, shoulders, or arms.
