Expensive but worth it
Honestly the price of this put me off originally but it’s been absolutely invaluable for helping me with my portion sizes and focusing on eating the right amount of different foods! BUY THIS PLATE IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT!

Functional and Attractive
These plates look good on my table. We use them every day. The section designated for protein is too small for a standard sized pork chop, steak or fish fillet, so they should improve the portion size - otherwise you have to use the section designated for vegetables. Although the porcelain plates feel heavy, they are not unbreakable so try not to drop or place under anything heavier. At $31.00 each (including tax), they are expensive, so maybe they're not the best choice for a child.

This plate is so classy!! Most portion plates are plastic. This is very heavy duty, modern, and easy to clean. Helps to keep me in check so I can crush my goals!! So glad I found this! I have raved about it on Facebook, and now all my friends are asking where I got it! Don’t be surprised if you get some more orders coming in soon! I am also going to get another one in the future as a back up! Love this plate! Thank you!
