Not for kids :)
As you can see, it does not hold the device as a full sleeve, it covers half of the back. I would not recommend for a child since it will break and tear apart easily. Otherwise, for an adult who caries it for work, it is sleek, and simple.

Good Customer Service. Minor Design Flaw.
First of all, the order was handled, shipped, and received in perfect condition and even slightly ahead of schedule, despite the Christmas shipping glut. So the vendor get very high marks.Secondly, the product lived up to my expectations for protecting my iPad mini. The only nit I'll pick is that the easel arrangement for the display isn't as rock solid as I would like and the grooves that hold the easel in its place seem a little too shallow: moving the iPad and its case around (even gently) can result in the easel collapsing and needing to be re-formed - a few seconds' effort. Not a big deal, but a very minor aggravation.

Good value for the price but design has drawbacks
I have had this case for a little more than one month for my new iPad Mini 5th Generation. For the price, it's a good case but has some room to improve.Pros:The material is very comfortable and has a soft foam touch to it. It's better quality than other cases I have bought in the past. It feels good to hold it in your hand when the case is closed and there is little risk of dropping it because you lose your grip. The corners of the iPad are well protected and completely enclosed by plastic. The case also does a good job of holding the iPad in landscape mode up when the stand is deployed. I have had cases in the past where it would easily slip with the slightest movement, causing the stand to collapses. No such issue with this case. The ridges are deep and have a good grip.Cons:The volume adjustment slot is much larger than it needs to be for an iPad Mini 5 (see photo). This leaves lots of extra room and my fingers have to struggle to find the volume buttons when I am adjusting them--a bad design that I hope the manufacturer will rectify.I mostly use my iPad for reading in portrait mode. The problem with this case is the front cover folds back awkwardly when holding it (see photo). You have to apply constant tension to keep the cover flush with the back of the iPad. My hand tends to get sore when I have to hold it for long periods of time. After some wear and tear already from daily use, I can tell the corners of the cover will fray over time (see photo) so I would guess the case lasts about a year before needing to replace. There is no slot to hold an Apple Pencil which would be nice but is not a must for me.Bottom Line:This case is a good value for the money--especially when compared to other more expensive cases--but the volume slot is too large and the case is not comfortable to hold in portrait mode for long periods of time. This could be a great case if the manufacturer fixes these two major flaws.

It is Solid and Substantive - A Good Case
I had the Apple Case before, and I liked it, but after 5 years or so it started to come apart from continual daily use. If there is one "downside" to the ProCase, it makes the ipad mini 4 a little heavier, because the case is more solid and substantive. But I would say that the trade-off is worth it. It is just a more solid case, and is much more secure when it standing at the 30 or 60 degree angle options. I am very happy with it, and I think it is going to last longer than the Apple case that I previously had.

Durable, attractive, great fit, and offers protection
Over the years I've had several different cases for my iPad mini 4, and while most of them were fine, others were just junk. I'm happy to say that this one is just right!I like the material very much because it's easy to hold without it slipping out of my hand. I'm not even sure what it is, but it's cool! 😀I chose the teal, hoping it would be a true teal (not too blue or green) and it didn't disappoint. The construction and fit are great, and for my needs, the stand works very well. The little slots are shallow so I wasn't convinced it would be study enough to hold the iPad up, but it does. Note that I only stand it for watching videos or zoom meetings, not when I will be using the touch pad, so I don't know how sturdy it would be for that purpose.I'd definitely buy this again, and I recommend it.
