Waterpik Complete Care 5.0 Water Flosser + Sonic Electric Toothbrush, Black WP-862

I was amazed at how well this unit cleans my teeth. my teeth are super sensitive so I have to be very careful when brushing. this does a superior job. Unlike other electric toothbrushes, the different settings allow for delicate cleaning around and between teeth.

I love this amazing WaterPik! Here is my run down of pros and cons Pro #1. The multiple settings makes this great for people with dental work. I myself have a cemented permanent retainer on my bottom teeth and 2 crowns. I run the WaterPik on a relatively low setting (#2) around my retainer and crowns and then for the rest of my teeth I turn it up to the highest setting (#10) Pro #2. I have sensitive gums so I have always hated flossing. It was uncomfortable and occasionally my gums would bleed, not to mention when I flossed around my crowns, it felt like the floss was going to yank them out of my mouth. Using the WaterPik has made flossing so much faster, painless and never any bleeding! Pro#3 As a person with a permanent retainer, it was never easy to floss around it or even brush around it. I always had to go back after my initial brushing with that little Christmas Tree brush to make sure the back side of those teeth were really clean. With the WaterPik, I don't have to do that anymore. I brush with the WaterPik's electric toothbrush and then go around the gums and in between all my teeth with the WaterPik. It is quick, easy and painless. Pro#4 The WaterPik electric toothbrush is awesome. I have only used the brushing and massage settings but there is also a whitening setting. I brush my teeth with the brushing setting, then go back with the massage setting on my gums. Then I use the WaterPik around my gum line and in between my teeth. When I am done I have that, "I just got my teeth cleaned at the dentist" clean feeling. It is great I only have 2 cons. #1. This device is loud. For me it's not an issue because our bathroom is not connected to our bedroom, but if it was, I would be afraid of waking my husband up. #2. I wish the water reservoir was bigger. I get about halfway done with the WaterPik and I have to fill it up again. All in all, the 2 cons I listed would not stop me from giving this a 5 star review and telling everyone it is a must have!

I think they are the best, both the brush and the irrigation system.

This is the third one I have purchased. Happy with the performance but a bit guarded. The first one lasted three years but the second one only lasted a year. Will try one more time, but if it does not last more than a year, will go on to another brand. Hence the rating.

My last waterpik I've had for 7 years and used it twice daily and it still kicking I just didn't like the color. This one is attractive, looks nice on the counter and takes up little space. It's a bit quieter than my last one. Super easy to keep clean and it's a great value for the money.

I ordered this product because of the functionality with having the water pick and toothbrush all in one my product was delivered in November and a toothbrush was being charged, but not working when turned on in January not even two months the toothbrush was not functional so I returned for a refund

This unit has been a true positive for our teeth maintenance. As recommended by our dentist it has not disappointed. The flosser especially cleans out leftover food bits better. Much superior to manually string flossing. Like the cordless brush, which recharges quickly, we would prefer the flosser be cordless as well. That's our only complaint. If we want to take the brush for traveling, it's set, with a separate charger cord. Not so easy including the flosser because that means taking the whole unit, taking up more suitcase space. WaterPik is our Pick.

Teeth feel clean, toothbrush is awesome! I had the older version of the waterpik for years and I love thiynre one with the toothbrush.

I used to have a cheaper electric toothbrush and water flosser combo, but it stopped working in less than a year. So I decided to buy a Waterpik product from a well-known brand, which felt more original in its product line. I purchased it with confidence and was very satisfied, but it stopped working in less than six months. It’s even more disappointing because I paid a higher price, trusting the brand’s reputation.

I have enjoyed this water pic for about seven months now the brush will not recharge having a hard time contacting someone for a replacement

I was wanting a water flosser/ electric toothbrush combo that wouldn't take up too much counter space or cost a fortune. "Sonic" toothbrush a lot different than my old school Oral B electric. Prefer round head. This is oval and brush seems a bit soft so will see if it does the job. First time using water flosser. This isn't a hi end model, but so far very happy with it's efficiency and multiple heads.
