Honestly I love this tripod. 99% of the time I’m reaching for it over my manfrotto. It’s small and compact, super lightweight, the build quality is solid and this is after years of use. Folds up in seconds and so easy to use you can basically turn on auto pilot, the monopod is a super nice touch as I can go from sticks to mobile in 30 seconds

(This review is about the orange (better than the yellow cheaper tripod) more expensive tripod) The moment I took it out of the bag, I could feel it’s compactness and quality. It was the cheapest and most legit tripod that I found that you can actually take off the ball head. The tripod itself is pretty sturdy and versatile. OK for macro photography. The ballhead is very good and feels sturdy. Very happy with it. Definitely not as good as those 300-400 dollar carbon fibre tripods, but this will last me a long time.

I picked this up because I'd heard some great things from friends in the photo industry, and I must say: I have not been disappointed. This thing is nuts! The build quality is top notch: The head is sturdy while still being smooth/maneuverable when the tension is released - my Sony a7ii w/battery grip mounts beautifully and doesn't slip or cause the ball head to fall/move when it's tightened down. All of the adjustable knobs feel SUPER smooth and tighten down really nicely. The legs feel robust, and the latches on the collapsible legs feel great (and rule if you need to get this thing to full height in a pinch). Overall I'm just kinda blown away. I didn't expect for a tripod in this price range to be SO great - this is definitely the best travel tripod that I've ever owned - and I couldn't recommend it more.

This tripod is great, hits nearly all of the marks. It's quite sturdy, well-built, and I really love the monopod conversion feature. It would be five stars, but I have a slight issue with the tripod head rotating just a little bit at times. This is likely some sort of user error, but if it isn't, I thought I'd include it. Overall, this is almost a steal for the money. Edit: It must’ve been user error, as after making sure everything was tightened properly the issue went away.
