I’ve gone through a couple of these now and I take them a couple hours before bed with Nutra champ red and greens. I can feel a huge difference in my sleep quality.

I've tried several different brands of magnesium looking for help with different issues. The NutraChamps Magnesium Zinc & Vitamin D3 has consistently worked as expected for most of those issues. Taking it 30 minutes to an hour before bed and I sleep quite well most nights. It has helped with anxiety and muscle cramps. The product contains 3 types magnesium-citrate, malate, and glycinate. The citrate has not helped constipation without needing to take an additional brand of magnesium citrate. Overall this brand helped with more issues than not. I have not experienced any additional problems or side effects from taking it and have purchased this product for more than 2 years. I have always received the product on or before scheduled delivery date and in good shape.
