Emerald Labs Laboratories, Coenzymated Men's 1-Daily Multi, 60 Vegetable Caps

Blood tests show these are effective, I have a clinic visit every few months and my levels are all good. The only recommendations I can offer would be to supplement with good mix of Magnesium and vitamins D/K mix. They couldn't possibly fit the magnesium and vitamins D/k and keep the tablet to one a day and reasonable size, so no points off that I feel like a good magnesium mix (threonate, glycinate, etc.) and extra d/k can be added. Yes, it's got some, but they smartly kept it low because different people need different forms of magnesium and if they added too much I would not be able to add the types I want. Been relying on these for years and have clinical proof they work. Zero issues with digestion, and some days I know my body is absorbing more due to urine color. Perfect vitamin, I love the men's 45+ ONE a day!

Great vitamin from good sources

I’ve been buying these from Amazon for the past 4 years since April 2021. My dad originally told me about these vitamins, so it’s been even longer since we’d visit the local health food store and get them. Overall, they have been fantastic, but the last two 60-vitamin containers I bought are vastly different from what I’ve come to expect. A few observations: 0. The bottles had tamper seals on them. 1. These two new bottles did not have a bunch of cotton in them like they normally do. 2. The smell of both containers is a lot more Earthy than normal. The container smelt off. 3. The color of the vitamin pill is drastically darker than the previous batch. (See image) I don’t know if they changed the formula or if these are a bad batch. I’m going to try to find these locally where I’m at to confirm, but I seriously hope that I don’t have to find a new vitamin brand. Edit: (Oct 2025) I received a full refund from the seller and have returned my review to the original 5 stars that it would be. The items I received were bad.
