butter LONDONLipstick Primrose Hill Picnic, 0.14 oz

Bought this for my girlfriend as she had been having trouble finding it Canada. Exactly as described (already knowing the product).

I actually really like this lipstick. The color is beautiful, and it really is a comfortable matte lipstick (where it's matte but not weird and creasing on your lips). Highly moisturizing! I took away one star just because I ordered the color toff, which I looked up on multiple websites to make sure it was described similarly as it was on amazon. Online, it looks a bit deeper, cooler toned with a hint of mauve or something similar. It looks a bit more pinky on the skin with a very subtle mauve undertone. Still pretty though! It also has just the slightest, finest, barely noticeable gritty texture to it that almost makes me feel like I'm doing the gentlest lip exfoliation ever. Don't mind it, though, because after a minute, it fades.-EDIT-I should mention that, whether mine was a dud or not, the finish on these lipsticks look less nice after time. I'm disappointed that I liked everything else about this lipstick, but once it set (and I was even happy that it set and transferred very little!), it looked very dry and a bit patchy. For a $22 product, that was just silly.

Very nice medium pink (not cotton candy, not fuschia), compliments my very pale skin tone, and long lasting. Just make sure your lips have been exfoliated well, because it magnifies any roughness. Definitely a fan.

I have been dying for this to come out on matte. The shade Toff has been a cult favorite of mine. I'm so sad the matte is nowhere near the same shade as the Lippy gloss in this shade I have loved for years. The top color is Toff in lip gloss. The bottom color is Toff in matte.
