These are the most comfortable and snug post-surgical compression garments I've found. They don't stretch out and can be worn under regular clothes. At 5'8" and 160lbs,I normally wear a size medium. I started with a Large immediately post surgery. Remember, the garment has to go over bandages AND compression foam underneath the garment. I downsized to a medium 2 weeks later. Today, one month out, my doctor told me, I need to downsize to a small as I need two sheets of foam in the garment to get significant compression.

Definitely go up 2 sizes if you are an American. I am 5 ft 2 134lbs post lipisuction. The Xl fits great, it is a little loose on the thighs but I only needed the garment for my back flanks and abs. The fabric is way better quality than the even more expensive one from my surgeon. My only wish is that the shoulder was adjustable and that the crotch was hook and clasp to allow all of mother nature's calls to occure without stripping everything off. 4 stars for the stress of trying to decode the right size and I feel like I have permanent camel toe with the way the crotch is made...5 stars for fabric and amount of compression.

This product is great well to great I’m 11 months postpartum and I have a small pooch and that sucker sucked me in too the gods beyond boy. I’m 128 pounds slim with a 11 month pooch from pregnancy 5’7” ordered and 2xsmall I should have a small but I don’t regret I won’t be returning it I’ll get a Size small so its easy to get into but well worth the buy especially for finding a really good fajas for that price I’ve struggled for years trying find a really compress like girdle. I’m glad I bought it

I got other fajas here on Amazon for after lipo surgery, and they did not offer enough compression. This one was the only one that truly compressed enough. Fits beautifully and looks amazing. Excellent quality. My only complain is that it squishes your buttocks and this is not good for BBL, I wish the buttocks are was more ample and without compression to keep the fat transfer alive, this is very important. Other than that, this one is my favorite from commercial sizing.

This product gave good compression that was needed post surgery. The size large was appropriate, as I am 5’4” and 178 pounds. It is very hard to get over my thighs and hips( 43 inches) but once you get it past the hips you are good. The short inseam is challenging for me as I have large thighs. My legs rubbed together and caused bunching in the inner thigh area. However, it does have the sticky tap that helps keep the legs in place. The bra strap is very comfortable as compared to other fajas. Overall, I give it a 5.

I bought this twice M was wayyy to small! The only downside of it is that the part where your thighs are is way too tight which makes it uncomfortable so if you have really thick thighs it’s a warning I’m sure you can adjust somehow but that’s the only downside besides it’s comfortable to wear during the day and even sitting down. So far I have work it and helps my back and posture.

I am only giving 3 stars. Item was delivered fast and expected. I couldn’t fit I this garment as the sizes I believe are irregular. I tried 2 sizes up my size and still did t fit. It looked like a great material. I was sad I couldn’t fit I this garment. :(
