A very potent strain
I've taken lemonbalm for 2 years, and know the effects quite well.For myself and my family this product has simply been too strong.Everyone is different but if you are sensitive to things be carefulGiven 4*s as it's unusual to have anything "too potent" these days. Just not for me

Good value for money and not tested on animals!
Not being animal tested is important to me. A good quality product with no nasties. I take one in the morning to help me generally relax as I am a naturally nervous person who gets anxious easily. It does not make me sleepy. If I take it about an hour before bed...I can feel it relaxing me then as I work with the natural sleep cycle. I take it with magnesium glycinate (which a deficiency can lead to nor being able to switch off and relax...a very common deficiency!) A foot note...if you need magnesium...avoid magnesium oxide...very poorly absorbed...which is why it is cheap! I wish this was organic too but I can't see where it mentions that it is. recommended.
