Easy install. Works great.

Paying a little extra for the Name however got it overnight. at 65K miles this is the 3rd fuel door latch. The other didn't come with the Spring hinge, the Kuryakyn does. Build quality on par with the HD part. Pops right open when pressed.

I bought this to replace the button on my 2018 street glide because the OEM button was vibrating and making noise. So far no rattle with this one.

Sent some used Chinese knockoff junk!! Wouldn’t buy again.

I originally purchased and installed mine in June 2013. Immediately I noticed the latch mechanism was very tight and needed some coaching when closing the door. That taken into consideration, all went well for a good 3 years until the black plastic catch mechanism started popping out of its hole, sometimes propelled by the springs behind it.Around summer of 2016 is when pretty much every time I'd go to gas up I noticed I'd have to prepare myself to catch the black piece upon opening the door and then I'd have to finagle it back in when I was ready to close the door. Finally in winter of 2017 the latch mechanism gave up and now I have a door that just sits un-latched.Considering the entire kit was under $30 and the latch is made of plastic, I think I got a good run out of mine, so I will happily order a replacement. Even though the latch design lacks, the practicality of the entire mechanism is what I was looking for.

This latch is actually better quality than the HD original equipment! Fits nicely, and what looks to be very heavy chrome plating.

Perfect fit. Easy to install. Makes fueling simple, without using your harley key.

Installed easily, seems to be more heavy duty then the one it's replacing.
