This is floral “stem wrap” tape… it is waxy crepe paper “tape” it only “sticks” to itself when wrapped around something(stems) and stretched to activate the wax to stick to itself… it is Not an ADHESIVE Tape… go to a floral shop and ask if they will show you how it works … not feeling an adhesive stickiness does not indicate a defective product
